The MCDF is located at the McAlester Army Ammunition Plant (MCAAP) in McAlester, Oklahoma. The MCDF is placed inside a 7,420 sq ft facility approximately 140 ft long by 53 ft wide. The following are the outside views of the building:

Boiler Annex

The MCDF has been sited near an existing APE-1236 Rotary Kiln System (RKS) with a MOD-2 Air Pollution Control System (APCS). The RKS/APCS underwent Mod-2 equipment upgrades in the summer of 2003. The following pictures show the APE-1236 RKS/APCS at MCAAP.
